I was seen promptly, within an hour of calling for a minor repair. Front office staff was very helpful and courteous in getting me in quickly. Sal was also very helpful in solving my problem and even replaced parts that were still functioning on my other aid "in case I had a problem with it later". Don't see this level of service often anymore. Thanks guys!

Very polite and fast, effective work. Resolves problems almost instantly. Wonderful work there with Yvonne and Allison. Very nice new location on El Camino. I have used them for about 5 years now and very happy with the work.

I have been with Connect Hearing for a few years now and would absolutely not go anywhere else for my hearing needs. Yvonne at the front always greets me warmly, shes very helpful and organized. She also always gets me the appointment times I need! My provider Allison is very professional and knows exactly what to do when I have a problem. I trust her judgment and always leave happy and feel taken care of. I am so happy to have finally found someone who knows that theyre doing. Thank you Connect Hearing

I usually don't write reviews but Hearing connect really deserves this. They are excellent , from the start when you enter their office ,Yvonne the receptionist is extremely nice and polite! Allison was also very very professional she examined my ears and adjusted my hearing aids using a computer and some other machinery. When I walked out of the office i could hear clearer than any time in the last forty-nine years!!! Thank you connect hearing!! I will definitely recommend you to any one who has issues with their hearing. You guys are awesome! Thank you !
