This place is absolutely wonderful!

This office and it's staff are antiquated. Unfortunately they have issues with competency. They lack knowledge, have terrible manners on the phone, are unable to do correct and accurate follow up with your doctors office or with record keeping. Everything is old, and outdated. Wouldn't recommend based on entire experience.

When you pull up the sign looks like it has been there since the 50's but went in anyway. The office also looks like the 50's and has never been touched. Carpet is filthy. Completed paperwork in the waiting room then lady took us to another office. There was a "machine" with wires and suctions cups looked like something from a sci-fi movie. A lady walks in - never introduces herself. We read certificates on the wall from 1972 that had a name of Grady. I said are you Grady? She said in the meanest voice "do I LOOK like a Grady?!!" I told her when I called the lady said we could have our hearing aids remolded for $60. She said "that's NOT what we said" and went on and on. All she wanted was how much our insurance would pay. The insults kept coming and finally I told her "I don't like the way you are talking to me" - we got up and left. Please do not go here!! It was clear she was trying to get as much money from us as she could. We will not use our used hearing aids, cheaper to go to Costco and get new up to date ones.
