Thank you Andy and Allie so much for my Grandma's hearing aid! She has been wearing hearing aids for years and nothing compares to the devices that she received from Connect Hearing. These devices are so amazing and I just wanted to thank everyone for this miracle that has happened for my Grandma. You guys are the best!

Choosing a good hearing aid provider is crucial to the whole process. I am 68 yrs and was very reluctant to try hearing aids but due to the aging process which caused my hearing loss, especially in noisy group situations, led me to Connect Hearing. Alice Dobek was my hearing specialist who provided great service and had a thorough knowledge on all aspects of hearing aids. She also had the newest technology and products. Alice did extensive testing to determine the right hearing aids for me and let me have two trial periods to see which hearing aids I liked the best. I chose Phonak and have been extremely satisfied with the function, reliability, efficiency and light weight of the product. I was very satisfied with: Quick and easy appointments Always greeted with a smile. Each step of the process was explained in detail in a very professional manner. Thank you Alice for making my life more enjoyable. I did not realize how much I was missing in daily conversations.
