The PROFESSIONALISM of the Audiologist Emily Lecture that made my experience start to finish was Awesome. She was so kind , very informative . I was nervous about this new experience of having hearing aids. She was with me every step of the way. Wendy in the front office kept me notified of my appts. 5 Stars is not enough. I have others coming to Connect Hearing Thank You So Much 🙂

I was having a problem with one of my hearing aids. I called for an appointment, and the office was able to get me in within a couple of days. Emily is always a delight to work with. She is very good at her job...and quickly had the repairs done, and I was on my way.

Great experience, they went above and beyond to get me in for appointment. Very friendly staff ,would recommend if your hearing is getting worse.

I was greeted by Wendy the receptionist who was very polite and helpful. When I saw Julie Madeira, the hearing aid specialist, she was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all the details about what she was doing and also about how the hearing aids work which was more than I had had explained to me previously. I highly recommend the Connect Hearing facility in Mission Valley for total and complete care for clients.
