It was educational! I learned that I have, to some degree, some hearing difficulties. I was told that I would benefit wearing hearing aids. I would like for the doctor who evaluated me send to my current primary care physician. I wasn't able to continue treatment with your facility as my insurance would not cover it. Please let me know if your doctor is able to send the evaluation.

I went to their dinner presentation and found it very interesting and informative. I subsequently made an appointment and never looked back. Nathan took the time to access my hearing loss and program my aids to my needs. He even let my 11 YO grandson have a look at his own ear drum. How cool is that. Brandy always returned my calls and made my visits enjoyable. My follow up care has been excellent with Cindy and Lee making certain all is well and I'm happy with my new "Ears". I thank you all for the great care you've provided and gladly recommend anyone with hearing loss to have a hearing test and let My Hearing Centers show you what Five Star care is all about. You're losing money if you don't.

Nathan sat and LISTENED to my wife and what she wanted to do with her hearing loss, something other hearing places didn't bother to do. He took the time to work with her instead of jet giving her a hearing aid and sending her on way. She is still sorting out a couple of issues but is exceptionally happy that she can hear more clearly now. Thank you Nathan and Brandy for your help.
