Dr. Had no patience for my 2 year old son. He had to do his hearing test and we were out of there in less than 15 minutes, with his words saying "go to a childrens hospital and have him be put to sleep"!!! Really!!!. He got annoyed because my son doesn't like anything in his ears due to so many ear infections and recently getting ear tubes in. Never going back

Dr. Townsend Has been great help since the first day we met him. He has assisted my grandmother on multiple occasions to adjust her hearing aides and clean them as well.

Dr. Kevin Townsend is an extremely knowledgeable audiologist. He makes the best recommendations to his patients. I interned at the Pasadena location but visited the Ranch location as well. He shadowed me while performing free hearing screening at a low-income church and helped me navigate my way through. During a visit to his office, he gave my me and my classmate the opportunity to perform otoacoustic emissions (OAE's) on each other. It was neat! His willingness to allow me to apply what I have learned in class really enriched my educational journey. I could not thank Dr.Townsend enough for the great hands-on opportunity!
