I am very satisfied with your fast service in changing the plastic tubes on my hearing aids every three months. The people are very nice and easy to get along with. All I have to do is remember to call ahead to make sure they are going to be there. Thanks Bob Henderson

I am a 20 year repeating customer. Who has worn hearing aids for 21 years. ( I have worn them since I was 6) and I have been to several different audiologiets, due to necessity as I have lived in several places. I see her when I visit my parents on holiday or the like. Otherwise, I would make her my primary audiologist in a heartbeat. Dr. Michelle Bishop is an excellent audiologist, who listens to your needs and understands that those who have hearing aids speak from experience and need someone to understand and use their expertise to help them. Understand this; Brookings is a retirement town and the majority of those who need hearing aids are the elderly. They don't want to hear everything. It's overwhelming. I, on the other hand, am very active in various activities and work in a very loud environment and personally frequent noisy and quiet places. I go through the gambit of what hearing aids are capable of. My needs are more unique and Michelle has always done an excellent job in understanding that. Once, they saw me for w/out an appointment, just walked in on the off-chance, I could ask a question and get some help. (I don't recommend that trying that, make an appointment in advance.) Lisa, her patient services co-ordinator and Dr. Bisop were so kind as to help me solve my problem that my primary audiologist at the time had failed to grasp. They diagnosed and solved my hardware issue in 5 min. Most of my problems are not solved that quick, but I would be darned if 4 appointments, spanning 6 months with endless frustrations ( by my primary audiologist) was understood by Dr. Bishop and for that, I am always grateful and will see her every chance I have to ensure quality, proper care for me and my hearing aids. If you have worn hearing aids for decades, months or need your hearing tested and need an excuse to visit Brookings, go see Dr Michelle Bishop. Brookings is a fantastic place to visit Dr. Bishop and her staff are professional, friendly, spunky and with a dash o' sass to make you feel like your visiting a friend. I can not recommend them enough.
