I never even went to this place. I was at the shop next door for an interview for my wife. As I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting the owner of Pacific Coast Hearing Center kept coming out and being rude to anybody that parks near Hurst or she couldn't say it nicely. As I'm sitting there she's talking on the phone and start calling everybody losers and burnouts I go next door and when I told her there's a lot of family people that work here she went off then she went into the store next door to start yelling at people in the waiting room. Shortly after the gentleman that works there decided to come out and start walking towards me so when I got out of my car he told me he was going to his car to get something. These people are very rude and I would highly recommend a different Hearing Center just so you don't have to deal with these kind of people

I have received a complimentary set of hearing aids from Pacific Coast Hearing Center. I have been truly blessed to receive this gift of hearing. I have been received by the office staff and by Steve as though I were very important even though I received my hearing aids through the Lions Club where I also was treated with the utmost respect. I could not ask for better service on my hearing aids. Steve is an angel and always treats me like a special client when I have my aids serviced on a regular basis. I can't thank him enough for treating me so well even though I could not afford to purchase my hearing aids on my income. Thank you so much for your professional, personal, efficient and friendly care of me and my aids. Thank you from the bottom of my feet because from the bottom of my heart is just not deep enough. Be blessed in the new year to come and I hope your Christmas was superb.

I'd worn hearing aids before but the new MicroTech RIC 312's are awesome. I no longer have to take one out to answer the phone, it just rings and I answer it! I can not only increase the volume by adjusting one side, but adjust for the TV or large groups on the other - simple and with great clarity. Going down our road to our rural mailbox I can not only hear cars coming around the bends, but can tell from which direction they're coming from! Steve & his Receptionist, Theresa have been wonderful, caring & always available to answer questions and provide information.
