I recently was fitted for a pair of Bragi custom fit earbuds here with Jessica. She did an amazing job! It was quick and easy and she made it a very comfortable process. The office is beautiful and in a convenient location in Mendocino. I would recommend this office for anyone with audiology needs - the service is impeccable. Thank you Jessica for helping me get my new Bragi's! I absolutely love them and would recommend for anyone to get these awesome ear buds.

First the staff (From Peter, the audilogist with a PhD to his associate Mary Jane to the receptionist Jessica) at Audiology Associates are all pleasant and very professionally competent. Second, Peter gave me a very thorough exam and after talking with me about my lifestyle recomended a hearing aid, that is not the most expensive top of the line model. There was no pressure for me to buy two aids at once (my insurance company only pays $1,000 once every three years so I previously bought one at a time). He did recommend that I try the two aids together for 30 days (since these hearing aids are linked) and if I wanted i could return one. That was a great recommendation, even my bottom line concerned husband thinks the improvement in my hearing is worth it. Well...my perception is these aids are the best I have ever had. Plus, the way Mary Jane ajusted them I can now hear all these higher pitched sunds I do not remember ever hearing with aids. I can hear birds sing which is very important to me as a bird watcher. I can also hear the tinkel of my dog's collar. I always wondered how my husband knew where our dog was on our evening walks. Finally, I do not have to use an assistive listening device at the movies. I just turn up the volume of both aids by tapping the toggle switch on one of the aids (which then turns both of them up equally), and I can hear almost all the lines in the movies. This is absolutely liberating.
