Great people, great experts, great repair service but terrible hearing aids. My first year they were in the "shop" about 9 times. Then they finally changed hearing aid model. They worked fine for about 1 1/2 years. Now they have started to act up and need replacement of receiver like the old pair. Also most recently they have both been shutting down several times a day and come back when I reboot. Not acceptable product!

The ENT building sets to the back parking lot of Providence Hospital on Royal Ave. The girls that run the front desk are friendly and very helpful. Dr Elizabeth Steele is the ENT I see, she's personable and gets the job done in the time it takes. Thank you Dr Steele...you're awesome. See you in a year!

Oregon ENT left me with irreversible damage. It has been a horrific experience. I originally was seen by Dr. Chambers for a deviated septum. I am left with a large hole in my septum and due to excessive bleeding the emergency cauterization damaged a facial nerve leaving my upper pallet permanently numb. The area around the numbness remains painful and reminds me daily of the tragedy. It has been 3 years now since the surgery and I wrestle with the damage daily. The incompetence of the office exacerbated the situation.

Nice people. Fast and not a long wait

They were very kind, gentle & and patient with my 93 year old grandfather. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a really good ear, nose or throat doctor.
