Very poor customer service at the hearing aid center with Alex. She was not helpful at all when I visited the center. No hello on arrival or thank you in departure when I visited the center on Monday the 2nd of January. I will be purchasing hearing aids this year from another retailer other than Costco. Further more; follow up hearing aid care is very poor. You are on your own if you have any problems. They leave it up to you!

Just tried scheduling a hearing appointment with someone named Jamie. They were really intrusive with the reason behind why I was wanting a hearing test. I have one hearing aid from them because I lost some hearing in one of my ears and they went on to tell me how that is not normal nor the best because of the off balance I could experience, which to me felt like a bit of a slap in the face because I only lost hearing in one ear so I don’t understand what they thought that would accomplish. They also kept putting me on hold abruptly and it was just frustrating trying to understand their reasoning. Eventually they stated I need to go see an ENT doctor because I was wanting them to test my hearing to ensure my “good” ear was still the same. Anyways… Cons - kept being put on hold - unclear explanations -unnecessary opinion on why I even have only one hearing aid. Pros - The audiologist themselves are wonderful and I absolutely love everything they have done for me and how kind and knowledgeable they are. They also are extremely honest with their pricing and I would go to Costco hearing aid anyday over a private practice. My single hearing aid was $900. Whereas at a private practice they were going to charge me $3,300 for a single hearing aid. I would absolutely recommend Costco, just not when you’re trying to set an appointment up with Jamie.

Welcome to Costco. I love you. Up-front pricing is amazing! The Kirkland Signature hearing aids are excellent. For a mere $1,500, you get 20 channels! The normal warranty is 3 years, which is on par with the best in industry. If you pay with the Costco executive credit card, you get 2 more years. The sound quality is good for recognizing speech, and out-of-the-box settings do okay for music, especially for Bluetooth streaming. These hearing aids will even stream from Android, which oddly is not a common feature among hearing aids. There is a special music mode that works well for playing and/or listening to live music in person. In addition to all this, my experience at Costco was much better than what I've experienced in independent audiology clinics. There was no sales pressure because the employees don't work on commission. The testing was much more thorough than what I've had in private offices. They checked the maximum threshold for a comfortable volume for a sweep of pitches in both ears. When the hearing aids arrived, they even checked for proper resonance in my ear canals. It was a much better experience than I've had elsewhere

Took my father to Arvada Costco Hearing Aid Center. Everyone was wonderful. They were kind and took their time with my father helping him pick the perfect pair as well as understand how his pair worked. Their selection was great and the pricing was much better than elsewhere.

Very impressed with the professional, customer service oriented staff here. Most importantly I was advised that my hearing loss was not enough to warrant a hearing aid at this time. I very much appreciate the objective counsel with no attempt to sell me something I don't need (at least at this time).
