I’ve been at this for well 30 years, I’m VERY picky and I interview the doc. Too many out there taking advantage of the deaf, and that is not Zach. He’s amazing. Efficient, nice, listens, RUNS HIS WHOLE OFFICE! Not an audiologist looking to get rich and bail. He’s here for the long haul- I HIGHLY recommend him.

I had been delaying having my hearing tested. Once I was tested I could see what I was missing. Dr. Moore showed me what he recommended and I made the purchase. The hearing aids are great.

Zachary Moore really cares about giving quality service to his patients. Obviously, it is not fun to lose your hearing, but Zach really is compassionate and makes you his priority for the best service possible.

I was referred to HRC by my ENT doctor. I arrived for my appointment and met Zachary Moore the Doctor of Audiology. He discussed with me what he would be doing during the testing. After that we went over all the hearing aid styles that I could choose from. This was the first hearing exam I have had and I am 71 yrs. old. Dr. Moore made me feel relaxed and comfortable during each stage of my visit. When the hearing aids were ready to be picked up, he went through all the necessary steps I would need to learn for placing the hearing aids in my ears and how to take care of them when I was not wearing them. I highly recommend the HRC in Frisco (Summit County) and especially Dr. Zachary Moore. I feel like I have made a friend and would not hesitate to call on him for any further questions, or information I may have in the future.
