I went to Longmont Hearing and Tinnitus Center after being unsatisfied with a hearing test that I had elsewhere. It was the best decision that Ive made in a long time. The professionalism, care, and thoughtful dialogue made me feel confident that I was putting my hearing needs in the hands of a skilled and concerned Dr. I would highly recommend Longmont Hearing and Tinnitus Center to anyone who is concerned about their hearing or tinnitus! I am eager to return for my free two week hearing aid trial -where they will continue to gather data for their final recommendation.

Amy was extremely helpful right from the beginning. She was patient and very knowledgeable of the whole hearing testing, hearing aid process. She explained things very clearly and in layman's terms which made it very easy to understand. I was very comfortable working with her. the ladies at the front desk made a good first impression, and were good greeters. I first met the office manager, who was filling in at the front desk, on my first visit. I don't remember her name. Kristen is the regular receptionist, and was also very friendly. It was a good experience.

I was there for hearing aid check and to have wax removal. First off the parking lot is very close and clean. Inside I was greeted by a very efficient receptionist and my records cleared. Dr. Rudden cleaned my aids and very efficiently removed the wax from my ears. I had a very nice visit with efficient people in a clean environment....Allan Wilson

Still in the process of getting my hearing aids, but so far the experience has been great! This is a small office with very personalized care. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone is caring and helpful. They have an unbundled approach so you pay for the hearing aids but then add as much or as little other services as you choose. The Hearing Center handles many brands of hearing aids. Felt they all listened to me and the doctor helped guide me to the best solution. The hearing aid costs were quite reasonable.

I had an ear wax removal done here recently. It was handled extremely well, especially for had bad the build up was. Couldn't have been more satisfied with the professionalism as well as how much they showed care on concern for me and my well being. Couldn't recommend more.
