I was worried that my hearing was beginning to get bad, so went to Better Hearing for a consultation. I discovered that my hearing is fine! I had a great experience there. The staff is very friendly and kind and understanding. They're very smart and professional, too. I recommend going in for a baseline test/consultation.

So far so good been only into it for 2 week. So far pleased.... with service. Great customer service....like that the office is just in town close by. Much better than trying to call somewhere and talking on the phone to strangers for help. Takes time to get the kinks out with using the hearing aids. But, it's great hearing so much better again.

This was my first experience with a hearing test. I do not remember the name of the doctor/owner that tested my hearing but, he was very friendly and informative. He explained each task thoroughly in a very professional and friendly manner. They had excellent customer service, great explanations of the process and I left being very satisfied with the service I had received. David

I went in to see if I'm loosing my hearing and need hearing aids yet. I went through a test and found out my hearing is within normal ranges. I was told I don't need hearing aids and to come back in a couple of years. Refreshing to be told I don't need what is being sold! Thanks

In December my husband and I went in for a free hearing evaluation. Dr. Stobaugh was efficient and patient as he explained each procedure that he used to test our hearing. Both of us had a hearing loss (which we were aware of), but not enough to need hearing aids. It was wonderful to get a baseline for future testing.
