The black girl at the front desk was a complete idiot. These people have been threw 6 providers and I just found out another one is leaving. Since February I've seen: Heather, Cherish, Adam, Linda, Keith, Shawn. This operation is definitely lacking in every way possible and obviously the providers realize it after only a short time b/c they keep coming and going.

I called yesterday and Tia told me that the doctor wouldn't be in today, however I called again today to pick up my repair which was sent in 3 weeks ago and was told the doctor was in fact there however he was booked. Tia kept saying she was confused about when the doctor would be in the office. At any rate its been 3 weeks since I turned in my hearing aid for repair and still haven't gotten it back. Don't waste your money on these people! The turnover of providers is overwhelming. I think they are going out of business. And don't ever talk to Tia, she is completely clueless.

They are good and interact well but they do not use a licensed audiologist. Their merchandise us good and they provide wonder warranty coverage.
