My father Irvin DeHerrera is a patient of Audiologist Chynna Frana. He struggles with finding a good doctor who was willing to help. That is not the case with Dr. Frana. She is attentive, kind, willing to help, and professional! He has had nothing but amazing things to say about his experiences with her since she joined the team. Thank you so much for making my father feel comfortable and appreciated!

I've had hearing aids since I was very young and could never find a place to take care of them. Since seeing Dr. Frana I have had no issues with getting in and getting amazing care! The office is welcoming, staff are incredibly friendly, and the care is efficient and excellent. My Grandma also sees her and we would both gladly recommend Broadmoor Audiology!

Dr Frana is very knowledgeable and professional and can explain the new technology in layman's terms that is easily understood. The service and caring for customers is first class. The free hearing aid trials was very important in making my decision. Lawrence

We really had a wonderful experience at the Broadmoor Hearing Clinic Chynna the audiologist. She has always been so wonderful with my mother who just enjoy her so much she thinks she's such a cute young lady. Chynna us very professional at her job. she's been gentle and kind to my mom with helping her to understand how to get the best performance out of her hearing aids. I would recommend the Broadmoor Hearing Clinic to anyone with hearing problems. If you wish to see a kind and gentle face like Chynna and Kelsey, I highly recommend the Broadmoor Hearing Clinic. Thank you Kelsey for always being there with appointments and dates and times and making sure to follow up on reminder calls. Thanks again Kelsey you guys are simply great and a excellent working team!!!
