I called this place when I got a card from them in the mail. Much to the discouragement of a friend I set up an appointment. I totally agree with Marion, their advertisement is NOT true. I arrived at the office 30 minutes before my appointed time and filled out a form which asked what insurance I had. The doctor waited 30 minutes to tell me they don't accept my insurance. I did not get my FREE hearing test. I was told that they only deal with making hearing aids. I was upset because I drove 40 miles in 102 degree heat with no AC in the vehicle. Livingston Hearing needs to put which insurance they accept on the advertisement they send out. It's not fair to some of us to travel that far, gas is not cheap & some of us can't afford to waste our time. Be careful, people, of some advertisement you get in the mail.

Was terrible. They false advertise about a free hearing exam the when you dhow up the dr refused to do the exam be a use I'm on Medicare and he said they would not cover hearing aids. Made me feel like dirt and refused to do what they advertised. False false advertisement. Stay away from this place. Next stop better business Bureau
