When purchasing hearing aids there are several considerations. First, is the quality of the manufacturing. Will this product give you years of reliable use? Second, is the product easy to use? Third, is the overall cost reasonable? Fourth, and possibly most important, is there support after purchase? My wife Gail faced that decision a year ago. She considered many companies and different types of devices before she chose the Beltone.. Her hearing aids have performed wonderfully and are super easy to use. The cost was reasonable and she saves on batteries by using a charging station. The help she has received from Jamie, the Hearing Specialist, has been exceptional. The follow up visits are included in the cost. After a complete hearing evaluation Jamie provided thorough training on how to use the aids, what to expect in different settings, how to properly take care of and adjust them. Appointments are easy to setup with Lisa the office manager. Both Jamie and Lisa are very friendly and personable. You always feel as if you are special from when you enter the door until you say goodbye. We highly recommend the Beltone Hearing Aid Center of Bristol , CT.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would ..I've found that my experience with Jaime and Lisa to be excellent in every way . They've been taking care of my hearing needs for several years . When I was searching for help with my hearing loss Jaime took the time to listen to me and get to know me as a person , earning my trust and providing me with a great product. I was having difficulties hearing my wife at home and in the car and socializing as well as at work, I was on the phone for 8 hours a day. It got to a point where I could not hear my customers on the phone. I made an appointment with Jamie Havens at Beltone in Bristol CT the audiologist who made me feel very welcome and at ease. I received a very thorough hearing test which confirmed my suspicions that I had hearing loss ( I really was not trying to ignore the wife when she was talking to me ... chuckles ) and was fitted with " state of the art " hearing aids which improved my hearing environment tremendously. Jamie and his staff are extremely accommodating, and very friendly. You feel more like with family when you enter their office. I have had many complimentary cleanings and adjustments, scheduling flexible appointments is very easy, and his Assistant Lisa has even indicated that if needed he could stay late or come in on a Saturday if needed if you could not make it during regular hours if needed. I had to upgrade my earing aids once and gave my older model to my daughter's mother in law because she could not afford hearing aids herself. Jamie Havens was so accommodating that he help with a free hearing aid testing and fitting, she as so happy to be able to hear properly again, she cried when she returned to my home after getting fitted. Her joke of the day to her husband was " do you have to talk so loud at me " the issue was he was talking normally, she just had not heard his natural voice in years due to damage from years of ear infections.
