I was so happy to reconnect with Dr. Kira Pozdnyakova. She was my first Audiologist. After she left to start her own practice, I worked with other Audiologists, but none could compare with her care and compassion. She is sincere and truly cares about making every patient have a better hearing quality of life. She spends time listening and is excellent at diagnosing and sizing up what your hearing needs are. She makes recommendations based on your loss, lifestyle and budget. She is honest and truly cares. She was also wonderful with my husband, too, who understands why I made the change. I highly recommend Dr. Kira P., and her practice. Everyone in the practice is kind, considerate and so nice. Coming from NYC, it is an easy trip and well worth it!

I have been to a few audiologists and they are the best. I have been working with Debbie, while my father was alive Debbie was so caring and wonderful with him. I have gotten my hearing aids form them over the last 5 years and just received my new wireless hearing aids, they were expensive however worth every penny. Debbie and the staff are wonderful and their concern is for the patient and helping them with their hearing issues. I am sure there are less expensive hearing aids around and friends and clients have purchase them, the old saying "you get what you pay for" If you cannot hear why miss out on life? It is too short.

I was fitted for hearing aids by Dr. Pozdnyakova more than two years ago, and from the first appointment I knew that I could not be in better hands. She has been really amazing: completely tuned in to all of my concerns, incredibly knowledgeable, sensitive, articulate. Perhaps the best sign of my trust and admiration for her is that I recently convinced my husband to go to her as well, and he was and still is completely impressed with her expertise and sensitivity. So that makes 12 stars altogether!

My experience has been wonderful. The staff is very professional and yet friendly. They put me at ease through the whole exam. I appreciated that they explained each test. I didn’t have many questions because they had answered everything.

My experience at Audiology Associates of Westchester has been excellent. Julie O'Shea and her colleagues are competent, professional and caring. They give personal attention and all the staff is warm and friendly. I recently have been fitted for hearing aids and my life is better with them on! Don't wait to be tested-earlier is better!
