The overall quality of service has been GREAT!!! I have had my hearing aid in for @ 1 month. Barbara, the audiologist, has been amazingly helpful and informative about all aspects of this new experience. It's wonderful to be able to hear what people are saying to me when we are bombarded with noise all around us.

Went there as my Compilot device which connects my hearing aid to my phone wasn’t functioning after I bought it less than a year earlier. I dropped it off at the location as there was no audiologist there to assist at the time. Subsequently I received a call from the audiologist where I explained that I bought the device 11 months earlier at a Connect Hearing location in Florida when my original one broke. She said there was nothing I could do as the sevice was “old” and the warranty was only 6 months. She offered no other assistnace which, I was later told by the Connect Hearing central office, was inappropriate. They advised that she should have offered to try and reprogram the device as all Connect Hearing offices When I called the location back and mentioned what I was told by the main office, the receptionist went into a tirade about how “demanding” I was (which shocked me as I never demanded anything) and that I “LIED” to her about buying the device there (which was a lie in itself.) It turns out the Compilot device is covered by a year warranty I later discovered and subsequently got it fixed at another Connect Hearing office who apologized for the poor behavior of the Scarsdale office. Avoid this place.
