I go to D.L.H. hearing solutions in Leominster, Ma. I saw Holly my first time about 8 months ago. She was very nice and caring to what I had to say. I have been wearing hearing aids for about 20 years now so, needless to say, I have been to many hearing aid facilities. Holly did not try to make me feel that I was less important than a new client getting hearing aid for the first time. When my new hearing aids came in I was able to get an appointment that fit my schedule. Emily then was able to pair my new hearing aids to me and my phone (Bluetooth is amazing!) Emily was able to answer all my questions as this technology was new to me. At my follow up appointment one of my hearing aids was acting up on me and Emily had no problem looking into the issue and sending out my wire for repair. While I was there she also noticed that my battery door was loose, something I did not realize. She did not think twice about replacing that as well. By far both ladies at D.L.H. are amazing and I would not want to go anywhere else!
