As one of her patients on the younger side, I was very anxious about wearing hearing aids, Dr. Little explained the results of my hearing test, had my daughters assist by reading words with familiar voices (one of which I find very difficult to hear) and gave me the information and recommendation needed so I could decide whether my vanity or my ability to hear were more important to me and my family. Although I have only been to one audiologist, I've been to many doctors and Dr. Little's manner with me as her patient was outstanding.

Advanced Hearing Health Care's office on Carlin Springs Road provided my wife and i superior service. We both fist had an auditory screening in which my wife's hearing was found adequate while i needed to get hearing aids. Dr. Little was superb in every respect, from her very clear articulation of my situation, to her recommendations to me for hearing aids and why. Her manner is professional eliciting the patients confidence, and at the same time caring and understanding, putting the patient at ease and eliminating anxiety on the part of the patient. As a wearer of hearing aids herself, she dispels any concerns regarding stigma regarding hearing aids

Listened to my symptoms, used a soundproof room to identify and map a baseline of my hearing loss, then we decided a test approach to determine when a hear aid may be needed. Very through and communicates processes used to ID hearing loss.

I've always seemed to have trouble picking conversations out of background noise. Flor was extremely helpful in scheduling (and rescheduling) my initial assessment. Dr. Little was very pleasant and went over the results of my test very carefully with me. Everyone was efficient and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The results indicated no substantial hearing loss but I'll be back next year just to keep track.

Advanced Hearing was highly recommended to me, and I am pleased to have followed that recommendation. The Audiologists (Dr. Maria; Dr. Lilly) were highly qualified and staff very efficient and accommodating. I am pleased to say that they even call periodically to ask how one is doing with the new hearing aids. Based on my experience, I also recommend Advanced Hearing to anyone looking forward to purchasing hearing aids.
