My recent appointments with Sherry were extremely satisfying. The professionalism Sherry demonstrated was not only helpful, but was very much appreciated as well. I received my annual hearing test, which was very comprehensive. Sherry cleaned my hearing aids and provided me with a calibration of their functionality. And to high light the experience, Sherry offered to allow me to try "GENIUSlink" for a week at home. Well, I was so impressed with the experience, I ordered GENIUSlink well before the trial period was up. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed this recent experience with Miracle Ear. I am so glad I chose this particular facility for hearing aid support.

My husband finally agreed that he needed a hearing aid and I am so glad that he chose to come here. Chris at the front desk is so welcoming. He makes you feel at ease the moment you step through the door. I can't say enough about Sherry Amato. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, warm and caring. You won't leave her office without her answering every question you may have. She takes her time with each client so that you never feel rushed. She truly enjoys her work and it shows in the interest she takes in you and you're hearing. When visiting her office I feel like I am visiting a friend. So thank you Sherry. You gave my husband back his hearing and we are so grateful. I can't say enough good things about you!!

Had such a great experience here. Sherry Amato is extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable from the time I stepped in to her office. I would recommend Sherry to anyone looking for help with their hearing. She gave me a new lease on life by giving me back the hearing that I had lost.

I just came from another outstanding experience at Miracle Ear in Turnersville. I had the good fortune of meeting Sherry Damato a little over 3 years ago. Her professionalism and customer care are just two of her best qualities. She makes every customer feel special - I never feel rushed during our visits and am always comfortable talking about any issue that I may have. I was in the customer service field for over 35 years and have experienced many people whom provided incredible customer service. I would put Sherry at the top of the list. What is most impressive is how she has trained her staff to do the same. Chris does a fantastic job at the front desk. He immediately greets everyone that comes in for an appointment by name. He then offers to get you a cup of coffee right away. He will engage you in conversation and always makes you feel welcome. Miracle ear is blessed to have him representing the company to every customer. Sherry - thanks for making a difference in my life and for all of the care you have provided for me. I took my 82 year old mother here for an evaluation. The first person we met with was Chris at the front desk. He was polite, professional and extremely helpful. On follow up visits Chris always had a smile on his face and was extremely courteous. I can't say enough about how helpful and professional Sherry Amato is. She was extremely patient with my mother and guided her through the process in a way that she could understand. The diagnostic portion of the exam was extremely thorough and the results reflected her hearing issues accurately. When the testing devices were placed in her ear and we started talking to her the way we normally did she told us to "stop shouting" It was at that moment I knew we made the right choice. My mom had hearing aids but our conversations were always quite loud and many times confusing. When it came to actually getting her own devices, I noticed that we might have an issue. The learning curve to place them correctly was a challenge initially. However, Sherri was patient and persistent with my mom and after two days at home, mom was determined to get them in correctly because her hearing was that much better. We have had three follow up visits since she received her devices and each visit was as professional and friendly as our first encounter with Chris and Sherry. As we get ready for the Easter Holiday I look forward to having my mom be an active participant in the days events as opposed to just sitting in a chair and smiling Thank You!!
