Even though it has been almost three years since I visited the Lake Mary Audibel Hearing Center, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked into the office. It was obvious that their customers satisfaction is their highest concern. Since it had been so long since I had my hearing aids examined, Robert Pavone took all the necessary time to inspect and correct the issues he found with my hearing aid devices as well as their programming. As he worked on the aids we spoke about having them serviced on a more regular basis. Upon completion of my visit to Audibel Hearing Center of Lake Mary, I was extremely pleased that my hearing aids worked so well. I look forward to my follow up visit to update the status of my hearing and adjustment of my hearing aids to compensate for changes in my hearing. I would highly recommend Audibel Hearing Center in Lake Mary to anyone experiencing hearing issues.

Helpful and friendly staff. I can hear!!!! After years of being told that I just missed the cut off to qualify for hearing aids (1st it was 20% then increased to 25% and now 30% hearing loss). The technician went over all the features of each hearing aid, the pros and cons of each and my cost after insurance. Now I have appointments to turn on features one at a time so I can get used to them. 3 really cool features in the hearing aids I chose, they can train my brain to ignore tinnitus, with a secondary device I can hear cell phone calls directly from my hearing aids. The same is true for movie theaters that have the technology.

When I first went to Audibel i did not want to go. I knew I'd hear things I didn't want to hear, especially from a stranger. With the encouragement of family I decide to at least get my hearing tested. Even though I wasn't buying into hearing aids I was pretty sure I needed them. I have to tell you I want to run while I was filling out the paperwork. The front office staff made the process so simple for me and made me feel as though I was right where I belong. Renee was a fantastic host and made me feel comfortable. That is a major feat in and of itself. She really looks out for her people. I don't believe I ever met any who is so genuinely nice. She mad me feel comfortably and cared for. Plus...she always has goodies to snack on while you wait. Bob, the specialist is straight forward and will tell you what your needs are and will bend over backward to walk anyone through the process of buying hearing aid, it unbelievable the knowledgeably Bob have for hearing aids now. Bob explains and shows you how they work. Very personalize services. Ignore the negative reviews. The negative reviews came from people who received mail from them and never bother to call to ask to be taken off their list. It is just that simple. They don't want to be a pain. My experience has just shown they want to help because they care.

This team has made the experience of getting my hearing back on track an absolute joy. Dr. Robert Pavone is kind, knowledgeable, understanding and professional. Renea is an absolute gift and runs the front office with smooth efficiency. I recommend this office to all who need their hearing checked and who need hearing aids. I live in Daytona Beach FL and it was well worth the drive! They have a real concern for their patients. ..
