New staff , new look. Very fresh and bright. Office is kept clean and staff is super friendly. Def better then it use to be. They worked me in as a walk in and took care of me right away. A plus rating from me

Five stars are not enough. So thankful for this company. My grandfather can hear again and they made the process painless. Huge thanks to Brandi for all she did to help our family. Wonderful.

The service is excellent at this location. I have been very pleased every time I have been in. Friendly competent and it's an upbeat environment. Thankful for Brandy she is very helpful

I walked in early this afternoon. Brandi, the greeter and receptionist, was on the phone with a very upset and disgruntled gentleman. She was very understanding and compassionate with him, even though it was obvious that he was giving her a very hard time. After giving him several options for an appointment, he was finally satisfied. Even though Brandi had just dealt with this difficult client, she was very kind to me! She was helpful, courteous, and upbeat! She took care of my issues within minutes! Brandi should be commended for her superior client service, patience, and professionalism!

Super impressed. Came in with my grandmother to drop off her hearing aid for repair and there was a guy yelling at the receptionist. He was irate about the fact that the Orlando location closed and we all know she has no control over that. She was so great. She kept a smile on her face and in her voice. She worked to find a solution he would be happy with and she did it with class. This is a great office , they always get you in and out and make sure you are happy. Def give them a try
