Lyle needed a preliminary hearing test and our insurance connected us with Connect Hearing in North Port. Lyle has a severe hearing loss. Our hearing specialist, Karen 2, was gracious and caring. She recognized when Lyle was frustrated and helped him relax. she also reprogrammed his hearing aids, improving his ability to hear. She also programmed his receiver and microphone to work with the new hearing aid program.

My husband and I have received excellent service at this Connect Hearing Facility in North Port, Fl. We were treated with respect and Karen was very professional in our dealings for new hearing aids for my husband. I would recommend these professionals to our friends.

I have been very satisfied with my new hearing devices! I made my appointment on line for within 12 hours of my initial inquiry. The office was very busy and obviously over booked. My wait was long and I was not seen until 1 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment! I found this very upsetting but I made the decision to wait. Once I was called back by Karen Zaharatos, Hearing Aid Specialist I was happy I waited! She was calm, provisional and gracious about my wait. She explained everything she was doing and took the time I was expecting to perform my testing and answer my questions. At no time was I pressured to spend more then I needed to improve my hearing. I am not new to hearing devices. I have worn them for 10 years. A year ago my devices stopped working and I purchased amplifiers off Facebook. I hated them but I felt like they were OK. Finally, I could not stand them for another minute. It is wonderful to be getting my hearing back! My devices were set at 80% of my perscription because my “brain” needed to relearn what I was hearing! Amazing. I am now up to 90% and no longer need to read everyone’s lips! I can answer my cell phone through my hearing aides and no longer need to take calls on speaker! My life is good! Yes, the office is over scheduled! I think that is because of the call center scheduling on line inquires. The hearing testing was excellent, devices perfect, Karen a true professional! I am delighted!

I must say that Pamela Lunbek represents the best of southern hospitality, combined with the knowledge of her job, to make you feel like this is the right place for all your hearing needs! The ear exam which was very through indeed, with the specialist taking all the time that is needed to explain all the details of your hearing impairment and what is needed to correct any issiues that were found. He does not rush you at all and had a very good demeanor. Trust me these guys are the real deal !!!
