Sooo thankful for Lucas Butler!!! He is a fantastic person and extremely knowledgeable!!! I chose Miracle Ear because I'm a snowbird and can go anywhere in their network for help!!! I certainly don't regret my decision, but appreciate how helpful Lucas has been to me!!! Highly recommend him!!!

I have heard of Miracle Ear for years, since my brother in law worked for the company ,and always heard that they were considered the best. Well low and behold, here it is, my turn to consider hearing aid options from my audiologist. Wow, that was a shock because you never think it's going to happen to you or maybe it will but down the road...somewhere! I made an appointment and was seen by a wonderful woman by the name of Kelly who really took her time to listen to my life style and consider what she suggested would be a good fit. Today was my third appointment with Kelly and she remains a caring individual who truly cares about my needs and adjusted my hearing aids to compensate for a life long problem I've been having with tinnitus. I am so grateful to her. She is a gem of a woman and Miracle Ear should be very proud of her and her caring attitude towards everyone that I saw her deal withNo Problem is too small for her dedication to helping me hear better. Thanks Kelly!

From our first visit at the clark road center, my father was happy that he came. My first contact with miracle ear had been with Evie. i liked her from the beginning. My father was reluctant, to say the least, to go to the appointment. After meeting Evie ive then Kelly, he was ready to go to all of his appointments.Since I lived out of town they scheduled his appointments around my availability. He even went to an appointment without me. He told me that Kelly had taught him alot about how the ears work along with the aging brain (he is 97). The family is thrilled that we now can have conversations with him. Great thanks to Kelly and also to Evie to make my father compliant with use and care of his hearing aids. He has to remind us at times not to talk so loud, YEAH

Fabulous. Wonderful. !!!!!!! Evie, the receptionist is soooooo friendly, warm and efficient. Lucas Butler, hearing aid specialist was just as wonderful. My mom has terrible hearing, and purchased a hearing aid from Miracle Ear last year. I am so impressed with the quality of service and follow up. I'm also impressed with the price. Miracle Ear met a competitor's price. But the real differentiation is the level of service. Today's visit was a follow up. The thoroughness exhibited by Mr. Butler was superb. I am so pleased that my mom has her hearing aid from Miracle Ear (of note, my mom initially came to Miracle Ear through positive word of mouth).
