Dr Staverman was helping me to find the right hearing aid. I have been wearing them for over 35 years so we tried a new technology but after a month realized it wasn't what would work best for me. She took back the new aids and we are going back to the technology that I have been using. I was grateful to Dr. Staverman for allowing me to try out a new aid so I could have a comparison and know what works best for me.

My parents were in town and in desperate need of a tune up for their devices. Dr. Staverman and Rose took great care of them and were able to squeeze them in at the last minute! She adjusted them better than their current ear doctor up north! A quick visit filled with "What?" and "I can't hear you" turned into great quality family time with lots of story telling and laughter. Thank you Dr. Staves and Rose!

Dr. Staverman gives each patient her personal attention. She performed my hearing test, ensuring she had accurate first-hand data to work with. i had a lot of questions about hearing aids and had put off getting hearing aids because of the expense and the issues of how well they worked. The set that I now have works flawlessly and she was sure to get the best manufacturer price discount possible and pass the savings on to me.

Dr. Leslie Staverman received her Master’s Degree in Audiology from Ohio University and her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) at Arizona School of Health Sciences is so caring it is incredible. After being nagged about being 'hard of hearing', which I had attributed to tinnitus, I went with the firm, albeit erroneous, belief that nothing could be done for me. In other words, I went reluctantly. Dr. Staverman gave me a thorough exam; I waited to be told, "There's no help for you". Then, she showed me the graphs of where my hearing acuity was actually dropping out. It was quite saddening to see... And then, Dr. Staverman said she can help. The audio process was explained in detail and was really quite fascinating. She told me about her proprietary work in hearing aids to help mute the tinnitus and boost the drop-outs. OK, I was still a bit skeptical, but I'd know in two weeks when the aids arrived. The wait was over. My 'bionic' ears, as my brother calls them, arrived. Do you know what? The ringing in my right ear almost entirely subsided! The snap, crackle, pop in my left ear measurably decreased. But the best part was I could HEAR! It would be cost prohibitive to send Dr. Staverman a Thank You card every week for a year, but that is how strongly I feel about her and her ability. And don't forget: I CAN HEAR! A shout out to Office Manager, Rose, who was also as tickled as I was for me to hear. She is also a warm and caring professional.
