The office is very spacious with nice decor. I took my grandma here to get fit with hearing aids and Marvin was so helpful. He made everything so easy and really took the time to make sure we understood the aid and the fitting process. I would recommend to anyone considering buying a hearing aid!

The customer service was stellar. The audiologist was friendly, knowledgeable, and very aware of making me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Appointments are easy to make, and they consciously strive for customer satisfaction. I am highly satisfied with the entire experience, and I strongly recommend Connect Hearing in North Miami.

This place sucks.. Gail and Irma isn't working for this company any longer, to my surprise! Gail was wonderful with my mother and Irma was always so helpful. Irma was the one that FINALLY got to the bottom of my refund from this company, I've been waiting 7 months before Irma got there. She finally was the one to give me answers and updates to when I'll have my refund And NOW SHE'S GONE!! GAIL IS GONE.. THAT OFFICE HASN'T BEEN THE SAME SINCE THEY LEFT!!!! THIS IS SO SAD!!
