Samantha was very helpful in getting my mother (age 91) a prompt appointment. Her previous hearing aids were not working properly and she felt she could not participate in conversations. Frank, the audiologist, went out of his way to satisfy all our needs. He dealt very professionally with my mother, my sister and I. My mother is now very happy with her hearing. The follow-up visits were very helpful and contributed to her increased use of the hearing aids. I would recommend Frank and his team to anyone seeking hearing aids. The follow-up visits are included in the initial fee (very reasonable) and I recommend them as familiarity with the hearing aids develops. Minor adjustments improve the experience. Again, thank you Frank and Samantha.
