I found Audiology & Hearing in Bonita Springs, FL, on the web. I was seeking hearing aids for music. My current units from COSTO were OK but some noisy and failed to reproduce music without distortion. Darlene and Bill were great from the beginning. They set me up with a great pair of units and then loaned them to me to try for a week. They then ordered another competing pair said to be great with music, bit I liked the first better. They then helped me get a discount through Medicare and I could not be more satisfied. They ate the best!

I had a hearing test because I couldn't hear the voices on the TV properly anymore. Darlene administered the test. She was very thorough - took about a half hour. It turns out my hearing is borderline for Hearing Aid, we discussed my situation thoroughly, I tried a hearing aid but I was not convinced I was ready yet. No high pressure. She is very knowledgeable and understanding. I told her I would see her again in a year. I recommend her and Audiology & Hearing Care of SWFL.

Having reluctantly resigned myself hearing aids to enhance my quality of life, I Googled "Best audiologist in SW FL" and this business popped up. I rarely read reviews, but they were impressive and unanimous in their praise for this business. They are all accurate, and some actually understate the level of services provided. Darlene and Bill give true meaning to the terms care and compassion...they pursued my journey to perfection long after I was prepared to settle for good enough. After being a patient for over a year, I can attest that they are not only consummate professionals but dear friends. They are relentless in their pursuit of a better quality of life for their patients, and I've found mine. I commend them to your without hesitation or reservation. Many thanks to you both for all you've done for me! Holly

I've been going to see Darlene and Bill at Audiology & Hearing Care for about two years. They are friendly, caring and professional. I am extremely happy with the hearing aids I purchased and with the phenomenal follow-up care. I highly recommend them!
