Last week I needed a minor adjustment and Shauna and Debbie continue to provide the excellent service that started with my first visit six months ago. I agree with the many positive reviews. All the positive comments have been earned and are deserved by their North Naples office. Service has been great, but more important, my hearing has improved. Thanks

My experience with the North Naples office has been excellent from the initial evaluation and testing, through the fittings and adjustments and regular followups. Shauna has been very helpful in getting me comfortable with the aids and what they can do for me. The timely and excellent repair of a significantly damaged unit (crushed) was outstanding. Debbie in reception does a wonderful job of re-shuffling of appointments and other matters. All in all, a very nice office to visit.

Very helpful staff. Friendly, clean, and knowledgeable with the years of experience to back it up. I got fitted for custom ear plugs and enjoyed my experience throughly. Would recommend.

I can't say enough about Shauna and this practice. I moved down here about a year ago when my own hearing aid died and a family friend was kind enough to mail me a pair of her old hearing aids. I found Shauna online and was able to make an appointment right away. Shauna helped me to not only re-test my hearing loss but also adjust and modify these hearing aids so they would actually work for my hearing loss. I have continuously visited this practice for frequent hearing aid cleanings among other small fixes and Shauna is very diligent and efficient with her work and a great provider for those with hearing loss. I strongly recommend Shauna and her family to those with hearing disabilities who may or may not be currently wearing aids but are in need of them. She provides a great service and develops a great rapport with her clients. Thank you so much for all you do! -Micaela

I am a yearly seasonal resident of Naples. A receiver failed in my hearing aid. Away from my audiologist in my home state, I searched for a Naples facility that could install a new receiver. Life Hearing Health in North Naples replaced my receiver. The CSR (Debbie) appreciated my situation and scheduled me ASAP. The receiver was in stock and Dr. Shauna Kleindl provided outstanding service. These two professionals make an outstanding team. I highly recommend this office. They treated me as a valued customer even though I live in another state.
