I have come to this facility because of increased hearing loss in the high frequencies. The people here are great and helpful. the appointments are always on time and i now wear hearing aids purchased from them. The audiologist is great and continues to help me get used to the new hearing aids. Would highly recommend this office and audiologist.

I chose Miracle-Ear two years ago because I knew I would be moving and wanted a company that I was sure would be geographically available. Having moved to Venice, Florida I found a Miracle-Ear less than three miles from my home. The team of Lisa Eggers and her receptionist, Jill, are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I'm new to the area, but the two of them make me feel like an old friend on every visit. Lisa knows the product very well and Jill is more than accommodating with scheduling, followed by a friendly reminder phone call. Lisa was very helpful with my decision for the right hearing aides for me, and I'm very pleased!

Bill and his staff are very professional and they know they're business. They made me feel comfortable right from the first visit. Bill explained all the different styles of hearing aids and I picked out the one that fit my needs, and he even found financing for me. I was embarrassed about my hearing loss but it started to affect my job performance so I went and saw Bill. I have been out and about for about three hours after Bill fit my hearing aids and programmed them perfect for me... I am now kicking myself for not getting this done sooner. Thank you Bill and Janet, keep up the GREAT work!!

I have been using the Miracle-Ear Hearing Aids for over a year. I use one in each ear. I previously used the hearing aids of another company and I have found the Miracle-Ear Hearing aids to work considerably better. Having said that, these are aids and do not make for perfect hearing. I acquired them originally in order to better hear what my granddaughters were saying. They have helped a lot with this and I can more easily chat with them. Sometimes they help with listening to TV, sometimes not. Sometimes they over amplify when in a restaurant. You need to get use to them and use them in ways that work. The people at Miracle-Ear are very supportive and friendly. I can definitely recommend them.
