I highly recommend this office, to begin with Heidi and Dakota at the front desk were very prompt, cheerful and friendly and I was taken care of in very little time. I was seen by a Specialist named Maggie and the test was the best I have ever gotten, she was very thorough and friendly, she took her time explaining all the details during the test. There was also another Specialist name Gabbie who I heard one of her patients also commenting great things about her. My hearing aides are great and have changed my life considerably. Overall, everyone in this office are amazing, all are extremely professional and really make you feel like family, therefore I highly recommend this office.

I can’t thank Audibel in New Port Richey Florida enough! My Dad can finally hear & talk to us for the first time in years! No words can relay how much it’s changed my Dad’s life, my life, our entire family. Dad could not hear anything & we were told had the beginning stages of dementia. He’d tried hearing aids before, but was never happy & refused to try again. We finally got him to Audibel & everyone there seemed to know exactly what we were going through. Me & my family are working together, trying very hard to keep my parents in their home and out of assisted living facility. Now that my Dad can hear again & communicate with us, it’s as if there is no dementia at all! He just couldn’t hear us!!! Now he’s secure & safe to stay in their own home. If anyone reading this is facing this same issue, get to Audibel. They will help you get your parent hearing again, council them and your entire family throughout the process. It’s not easy at first, but stick with it. Your parent deserves the time & care, to become independent & active again. I’m telling you, it will change your life for the better. The entire staff there is awesome. Thank you Audibel!

When we found we both had hearing loss, we decided to let Audibel test us and buy Starkey Hearing Aids. Erica Kirkendall, BC-HIS gave us a very' through series of tests to determine how much loss we had but not before cleaning the ear wax from our ears. She did this painlessly and very professional. We both enjoy good hearing and thank Audibel and Erica for giving us the gift of good hearing. We highly recommend Audibel and Erica for your hearing needs. You will be happy you did.
