I have a special needs child and when she was 3 years old we went to see Dr. Richard Lane. He told us that was nothing wrong with my daughters ear and we should wait until she was 5 years old to check her ears again......Me and my wife left the office and immediately started searching for another Doctor. So far my daughter had several ear tubes surgeries and recently a delicate ear surgery in Tampa - FL, thankfully we didn't took Dr. Lane's advice, she could be deaf by now.

I went to see doctor Kopp for tonsillectomy, he tried to talk me out of it due to my medical condition and gave me some instructions to try to treat it alternatively. At the end we had to proceed with the surgery and he was extremely careful and everything went very well and recovery was a breeze. He is one of the few doctors that actually takes his time and cares about his patients.

I can honestly say that Dr. Casey is one of the greatest men I know. I came upon a very hard time in my life, and simply didnt have the money to pay him to be seen. Instead of casting me aside, he REPEATEDLY SAW ME WITHOUT PAY. It brings me to tears to think of it, but all he asked for in return was my favorite fishing spots. An amazing doctor and an amazing man.

Had a terrible experience with this clinic. While Dr Casey is a fine doctor, I felt I was mislead from the start on the cost for the visit. I was referred to them by my GP and wanted to discuss options for having trouble equalizing my ears while scuba diving. I was initially charged $260 for the doctor visit and told that if deemed necessary to have an acoustic test, then it would be an additional $40. I waited for ever to be called and was escorted to the first room for what I thought was the initial evaluation. It turns out, this initial eval was the acoustic test, with no discussion with anyone for this testing. At the beginning, the nurse my chart said I had an "inner ear infection". I clarified, no, I'm just wanting to talk with the doctor about my inability to equalize my ears. Then I waited in a hallway for 30 minutes, then another room for 20 minutes to get my blood pressure. Dr Casey finally came in, he looked at my ears and suggested 3 options for my issue. I was well informed of the options. Upon leaving, I was told I owed an additional $40 for the acoustic test, and an additional $40 for some other kind of test. I tried to discuss this rationally and the woman clerk was visibly bothered by my questioning of the costs and kept referring to how insurance works. The office manager did the same. I felt I was duped into paying for something I never signed on for. Seems like a shady place. Be sure you ask about any fee's for any procedure, whether you think you're having a procedure or not.

I read all kinds of bad reviews, to the point that I almost cancelled my appointment. I had such a bad sinus infection that I chose to keep my appointment. I'm so happy I did. My experience from the moment I checked in, my exam and consult and my check out was extremely pleasant. I saw the PA Nicole and she was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
