Recently, I visited the Connect Hearing on 41. I was greeted by Denise with a friendly smile. She was more than happy to clean my hearing aid as well as instruct me on how to do it. She then provided me with the tools so I could do it from home. Now, all this may not sound like much. However, not only did she provide me with unsurpassed customer service, her attitude towards me and her job were top notch. Don't take my word for it. If you are in the Fort Myers area, be sure and drop by the Cleveland Ave store and ask for Denise. You'll see what I mean. Thank you, Denise!

After walking around with my old hearing aids I decided that it was time for new ones. When I visited Connect Hearing the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Denise compared my old aids to the new ones and explained it as driving a 4 cylinder engine to an 8 cylinder engine. When she put the new ones in I was amazed at what I have been missing. They are custom fit to your lifestyle. They were extremely helpful in working with and assisting me with my health insurance company. Definitely would recommend Connect Hearing. It's great to hear again!!!
