I'm glad to add my very positive review as I found this wonderful business through Google. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the way I've been treated - the receptionist... the patience, expertise and friendliness of Dr. Dawson... and the quality of my new hearing aids. I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with hearing loss!

I had been resisting a hearing evaluation for a long time. I finally called Sound Advice and quickly got an appointment for hearing evaluation. From my first contact with their office I was impressed with how friendly and helpful they were. After the hearing test, Audrey reviewed the results and recommended a hearing solution. I was pleased to learn that I could try a demo model of the device she was recommending. After just a few hours of the trial I knew it was the right solution for me. I have since acquired the hearing solution Audrey recommended and am very pleased with the service and outcome. Audrey is a pleasant professional audiologist dedicated to helping people hear their world. Thanks Audrey and team for helping improve my quality of life.

Sound Advice is a winner across the board. I have been bringing my dad here for a couple of years, and was so impressed. Don, Audry, and Gwen met with my dad at different appointments, and cared for him with the utmost professionalism. I learned from taking him that his loss could be genetic, and the sooner I went, the better chance I would have to save my hearing. I knew I was struggling, so I made an appointment, and met with Gwen. I couldn't find a complaint about Gwen if I tried. She is kind, compassionate, professional and so very knowledgable! I had a moderate loss, and I am now the proud owner of hearing aids at age 58! It is life changing! No more closed caption! No more struggling to read lips! No more asking someone to repeat themself! I have encouraged all of my family members to get their hearing tested. Had my dad gone sooner, much of his hearing could have been saved. We get everything else on our bodies checked- don't forget your ears!

I felt like sound advice was the right place for me I didn’t feel pressured from the very beginning of the process. I also went to the big boys I called them the competitors and I felt pressured to buy their brand only and no other options at sound advice, Dr. Gwendolyn gave me multiple options different brands and different prices that would fit my needs she went out of her way to find the right option to custom fit my hearing situation and it sounds like they’re going to maintain and help me maintain as I go further.
