I would like to say, thank you to Richard Polhill, from Professional Hearing Solutions. Mr. Polhill took the time to work with the Foundation of Sight and Sound. Through him I was able to receive my new hearing aids. The experience and care I received from Mr. Polhill was remarkable. My husband and I experienced professionalism. He made sure we were completely familiarized with the new hearing aids. He patiently fielded questions from my husband and I, with thorough answers. What amazed us the most, is that he took me outside to different rooms, places so I can hear the different sounds. He wanted to make sure that the sounds I was hearing were comfortable enough using these new hearing aids. I would like to tell everyone that I would definitely recommend Richard Polhill from Professional Hearing Solutions to anyone needing his services.

From the start, my experience was highly positive. Richard combines vast knowledge and years of practical experience, tailors both to your hearing needs, all designed to make you comfortable with hearing again. He takes easy steps, as you get accustomed to your new hearing aids and all that they can bring-for me, wonderful life changes. I find myself welcoming my new world of hearing, and not uncomfortable with the newness. Richard is very patient, kind and I never feel rushed. He goes above and beyond to give the best possible service, problem solving at every step. He listens and doesn’t just “fit”, he educates. I am very happy to be able to hear again and feel that my success is largely due to Richard’s expertise. Cathy, patient care coordinator, is a real plus as well, keeping everything running smoothly and creating a practice environment that is friendly and professional, inspiring confidence. My experience at Richard Polhill Professional Hearing was exceptional. I had purchased my hearing aids from another place and they closed their doors the next week. They had scheduled me for a return visit to continue working with me to maximize my hearing aid experience. They never notified me they were closing. I called Resound and they said to go to Richard and he would take care me. He was very friendly, but very professional. He changed things with my hearing aids to make them more comfortable and to perform better. Even though I didn’t buy them from him ( which I regret) he said he will take care of all my needs without any additional charge just like I was promised from the other business. He took the time to answer all my questions and to inform me on what to expect from using the hearing aids. He said to come back any time that I had any questions or needs. Richard Polhill just made 3 new friends. My 92 year young mother and my wife. After weeks of frustration trying to get to our hear aid office. Which closed there door withou notice . We choose Richard to help us out. Richard came to the rescue. We been to see him twice. Now my mom's hearing is back better then every. Thanks Richard Just want to spread the word. I was so happy when I called and had my first visit for my new hearing aids . The office I started with 2 months ago closed the doors with no notice and Richard and Kathy took me in and helped me !!!
