Very professional office...McKenzie at the front desk is awesome and always there to help. Will the gentlemen who did my hearing test is very knowledgeable and for sure knows what he's doing. Very pleased with this office for sure.

Just got home after visiting your Ormond Beach Center in Florida. I reside in Palm Coast, Florida and was a client there for over three years but was not satisfied with the last visit there. I will say the receptionist, Kelly, was most helpful. However, I did not receive the proper care from Audie. She was abrupt, unhelpful and in a rush. I was quite upset until Kelly took the time to alleviate my problem. I am in the future going to travel from Palm Coast to Ormond Beach for my follow up visits. Thanks to MacKenzie and Scott for a pleasant and productive office visit today. Thank you, Terry Fleischman

Connect Hearing is top shelf in professionalism, products and service. In addition to the high level of satisfaction that the company provides, Mackenzie is the person that every business needs to have at their front counter. She knows us when we walk in the door by name and seems to know why we're there before we even speak. Love this office.So glad we went with Connect Hearing when purchasing devices.
