Dr. Foster operated on me and I am perfect.

Didn't go

Dec 31, 2015
I was referred here my regular doctor and made an appt. two weeks ahead of time. I arrived on time, and waited for two hours. After no sign of the doctor, I had to leave. They made me wait to refund the co-pay and no one called me to reschedule or ask what happened. They clearly did not have time for me. Will they have time for you?

WHAT THIS DOCTOR DID WAS INHUMANE. SEE BELOW THE LETTER I WROTE TO HIM AND ENCLOSED A CHECK: Dear Dr. Foster, It was with great disappointment and sadness I write you this letter. Yassel, your office manager confirmed you refused to speak with me for 2 minutes regarding payment I was told you would only see me if I pay you $200 prior to you speaking with me. Shocking!! I have a sick son with asthma, tonsils that are so swollen he has little passage to breathe and severe sleep apnea. We had an appointment today. Your office called us today just hours before the appointment to say when you get a referral. We had no time to take care of this. So due to your staff's error instead of paying $5 they want us to pay $200. On top of this I was told I may not tell the insurance company AMERIGROUP that we self paid do to your contract. Money is not the issue. It's principle. Refusing to see a sick child because of money?? Here is the check for $200. Please donate to your charity of choice. I wish you a lifetime of health and happiness.
