After my mother tried two other hearing aids, we decided to try the Lyric 24/7 system. I researched providers and after reading about the credentials of Dr. Kelli Smith, I set up an appointment. The entire experience of having mother fitted with this new system was positive! It is evident that Dr. Smith is an expert in her field. She made my mother feel comfortable and ensured that the fit and settings were perfect. The Lyric system has changed the way my mother is able to function in daily life. Thank you to the entire staff at Audiological Consultants at Roswell!

Consumer Reports says the Audiologist is as important as the Hearing Aid. Dr. Smith is extremely professional and detailed and will make sure you have the support and care you need. She and her staff will make sure you have the right hearing aid and set it up so it works properly to make sure you have the best hearing possible. She and Lucy have made my appointments fun and productive. I am so happy I can now understand conversation in restaurants, hear and enjoy TV shows and movies and not have to ask my wife to repeat what she says. Life changing!

Dr. Kelli Smith at the Roswell office of Audiological Consultants has served my hearing loss needs very well for many years. She has been able to provide excellent hearing aids that have allowed me to continue my work in a musical profession much longer than I had expected. I strongly recommend her to anyone who might have special hearing needs and loss. My many thanks to Dr. Smith!

Can't say enough about the staff and their truly professional, compassionate, and helpful service. Were patient with me, explained everything that needed to be detailed., helped me with making all the right decisions. They gave me back my life; they gave me back my hearing! More than just a blessing, they were a gift from God to me. Thank you so much, everybody. Dr. Smith and the entire team are terrific! Strongly recommend anyone with hearing loss to come to see these people first!
