This place is great! The woman who runs it is extremely nice and my 10 year old daughter really likes her. You feel very welcomed there, and they do a great job at making the process smooth and simple.

I had initially came in to get a pamphlet and see how much the hearing aids cost. Having been scammed in the past by other companies, my guard was up. The front desk agent made me feel comfortable right away and after sharing alittle of my backstory, she scheduled me for an appointment the following week. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and asked to fill out some paperwork. Gwen met with me and asked a few questions before having her team build me a set of aids THAT SAME DAY! After building them we went to her sound proof room to program them and do a trial phone call to my wife to see how they sounded. My wife then asked if I was leaving with hearing aids today to which I said "I'll have to fill out some paperwork and go from there." Much to my surprise, Gwen handed me the box and said "Merry Christmas." I am forever grateful and thankful for Gwen and her team. It wasn't about the money to her, it was about my story. It was about the willingness to help someone who had been struggling for 10+ years...to finally hear again. Gwen is trully passionate about what she does and why she does it. I know this post is long, but please understand that you will feel like family here and you're def in good hands!

Gwen and her family are hands down the most amazing people to work with. They really took care of me by providing the best possible thing for bettering my life. I would recommend seeing her if you're having any issues with hearing loss!

Mrs. Gwen was absolutely amazing! Her customer service experience. She cares for her patients. Very knowledgeable when it comes to hearing loss. Very reasonable and works with her patients. This lady was a blessing. I will forever be a loyal customer
