I received an opportunity to take part in a FREE HEARING EXAM and decided “yeah it’s been many many years since my hearing had been checked, why not”. I had been experiencing the inability to hear people I was sitting across the table from when having dinner, or trying to carry on a conversation with friends in crowed, loud venues. It worried me a bit so this was definitely motivation for me to get my hearing checked. I signed up and got an appointment scheduled that was convenient for me in location and time frame. The process was quick and simple. On the day of my appointment I arrived a bit early to complete the paper work - there is always paper work - again the staff was very friendly and prompt in getting me checked in. Shortly, right on time as scheduled the very handsome doctor came out and greeted me and escorted me into his office to review my paper work and discuss why I came in. He was very professional and pleasant- oh did I say he was very handsome - and he performed a verbal word test there in the office then we proceed into the room for the electronic hearing portion of the test. This was very comfortable and easy to follow his instructions. At the end of the entire visit, which was less than 30 minutes he explained my test results to me. We discussed why I was having the issue I was experiencing- just getting older comes with some things that just does not work like they use too - and said my hearing was fine and no other appointment or procedures were necessary. He Recommend a two year follow up and I was out the door with a smile and a very pleasant experience. THANK YOU FOR THE FREE EXAM AND PEACE OF MIND.

I went there today for hearing test. Everything about my experience was first class. Juanita and Lem are great. Lem takes his time with you and there were a few things I learned today how hearing can be affected by our environment and personal health. I highly recommend this location for anyone who maybe concerned about their hearing or know someone who is.

I took my mother into the office for an appointment and the professionalism of Lem and Juanita were great. My mother doesn't have a lot of money to spend but they were able to help her be able to get some new heading aids. Thank you so much Lem for sharing valuable information. You didn't have to do that but you want to help people be able to hear. Thank you so much!
