My 81 year old grandmother had an 2:30pm SCHEDULED appointment yesterday. We got there aT 2:29pm. Walked in to find no one at the desk nor did anyone come out until 2:49. The doctor "Dr. Delacruz" came out and said I will be right with you. @3:03 he came back to hand her a few documents to sign. @3:21 the couple who he was meeting left. And he never came out. @3:30 I walked to the back to ask how much longer would he be and how long will the consultation be as she has to eat and take her medicine by 4:15 (and we live 30 minutes away). He proceeds to tell me that "It will be at least and hour or so but right now I am busy handling business and I will be out there when I am done!" Now, normally this is when I would have told him off but I didn't (grandma was with me) so I said okay. Walked back to the waiting room and told grandma that we need to go and find a doctor who is less busy. We gathered our things and he comes out and says (really nasty) "im done now! I was busy doing business but I can take her now if you want, I don't care either way. If you don't, then there is the door." Again I felt my blood rising as his tone was so disrespectful and offensive. If you don't care about your patients, why the heck would I allow you to touch my grandmother! Are you kidding me? My grandmother was so frazzled said "Tee what did we do for him to act like that?" I told her don't know but the door is where we are going and WE will NEVER EVER EVER go back there or allow anyone else to go back there. His treatment of this elderly woman was horrible. SHAME ON YOU DR. LOUIS DELACRUZ!!!! You are the worst!

I Love the Quality of their products. I was helping my mom choose which hearing aid would best suit her when I came accross Accuquest. We had already been to a hearing specialist before going to Accuquest. I was highly dissappointed with their level of product and expertise for at this other place. I emailed Accuquest and was able to get an appointment the same day. The staff is awesome on follow up care and we recieved free products for years after the purchase as well as an outstanding warranty. I am very Thankful to the Doctor that helped us and even gave us another hearing test for mom at no charge. These folks really go out of their way to help the patient. Finally the best of all is that mom can hear better now. Thanks To Accuquest !!!
