My experience was excellent. I felt that I came to the right place. I went to see Dr. Wes for a hearing aid evaluation and to discuss my hearing issue. Dr. Wes is extremely friendly, professional, and caring. I really liked how he was very patient and took his time with me. Also, he is very knowledgeable and was very informative. He also gave me great advice, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He pretty much gave me a better understanding. He also printed out a handout with more information about my condition for me and I learned a lot from it. The assistant at the front desk was also nice as well. Overall, great experience and service! :) Thank you Dr. Wes for your help and for reassuring me that there is hope!

First, hearing test before my purchase was much more comprehensive that all the others places I have gone to. Second, after purchase the service continues to adjust the various programs so patient receives the maximum benefits the instruments was designed to be and to make it right. This allowed me to test hearing aids under various environments. Also, before purchase I had numerous questions and all were satisfactorily answered. The on going care shows Family Hearing Center has the patients interest foremost. Since my purchase 8 weeks ago, I've had 4 post visits and more to be scheduled. All at no additional charges.

Very comfortable atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and patiently addressed our concerns with scheduling and referrals. Paul Lariosa is caring and professionally and patiently answered our concerns. He patiently worked on any adjustments needed on the hearing aids.

The Family Hearing Aid Center came highly recommended and they far exceeded my expectation! Wes Nakamura is so professional and an expert in his field. He made sure I had everything I need to be successful with my “new” ability to hear! The office atmosphere is so pleasant and welcoming. Summer is so helpful and accommodating!! Great job! Awesome experience!

Wesley Nakamura is professional, clearly knowledgeable and puts you at ease. He takes the time to ensure you completely understand what he is doing and what he is suggesting. I couldn't recommend him more.
