I always have a pleasant time at FAMILY HEARING. Bianca and Melony are very friendly, courteous and thoughtful and always greet me with a smile. Paul is very patient and knowledgeable. On this recent visit he was able to identify and correct a problem that I. Was having with my hearing aid for a while. I also enjoy sharing stories with him. Thank you and MERRY CHRISTMAS Clarence

Paul is awesome. Has helped me from the beginning with my new hearing aids. Paul helped me decide which ones were best for me for my needs. I went with the Phonak titanium IEC's and these are my 1st purchase from this center. The fit/sound was perfect. I love them. The reception gals are super sweet & nice. Although, with this place, I had a little rocky start in the beginning with insurance coverage/price ordeal...it ended up working out and I highly recommend seeing them for your hearing needs. I would definitely purchase another set from them again!
