Great staff super people to work with

Dr. Williams is the nicest person in the medical field I have ever met. He was incredibly kind and understanding about my hearing problems. He is doing everything in his power to help me and is going above and beyond. At 26 I am nearly deaf and it would only get worse without his help

If you are in need of help for hearing problems this is the place

Jan 15, 2016
I met Dr. Williams or Mr. Jim Williams at Church. I noticed he has an earpiece and I asked him about it. He said he was born without hearing. I asked him if he could hear pretty good now and he said he could. I went to freely share that I wish I could hear better. I feel I have to look at people when they talk to me or I might miss something. I feel like people are consistently accusing me of ignoring them- I can't hear them. I find it difficult to hear what people are saying and find myself rhyming their words and then have to ask several times for people to repeat what they have said. I have to watch movies with subtitles and apparently that is unpopular. I wonder what the problem could be. He said, well I can help you. I work at Miracle Ear. Come in my office on Monday. I get emotional every time I recount the experience I had this Monday. Mr. Williams was very kind and he cleaned out my ears. I had an ear wax blockage in both ears. He did not use any fluids and the procedure only took about 5-10 min. What a difference it has made in my life just the last few days I am surprised to hear new things and hear the old things more clearly. I find myself laughing because people I have known sound differently to me. I watched a movie the other day and I could hear everything when normally I prefer watching with subtitles. As soon as the earwax blockage was removed and I was walking down the hallway I could hear my cloths rustle. I could hear my keys ringing in my pocket. I was certainly surprised to hear how loud plastic was. Everything I could hear before sounded clear and crisp. This has truly been a Miracle to hear. I thank the Lord and my Heavenly Father for the gift to hear. People would always tell me that I should get my ears checked and I always replied that I can hear just fine and that they needed to speak up and stop mumbling and use proper diction. I was so stubborn to ever take it seriously and I don't know if I have ever have heard so great in my whole life. If you know of someone or if anyone has ever said or suggested for you to get your ears checked this is the place. Heck I am only 32-this could be a problem for any age. I talked to an Elderly gentleman and he said he wished he had his ears checked years ago. People have been telling me for about 10 years and I wished I knew about Miracle-Ear.
