Really bad receptionist skills I have called a couple times regarding my employers work and the lady I have talked to not saying names was very rude i just get asked to follow up some things with her and she is never patient always in a hurry and uses a tone with me and then implies she has no time and hangs up on me without letting me comment, by the way it was only 3. There surely was some time to tell me sorry but could I call you some time tomorrow when I have time, Thank you. So much better then saying I have to leave bye (hangs up). This is my job i follow up no matter how annoying it could get to call a couple times before I could reach you and get what my coworkers need. Have patients and be nice it 's not to hard to achieve. This makes me not want to call again and speak to her.

LOVE this place. Receptionist are so friendly and have always been so eager to help when I call with questions. Doctors are so kind and always willing to explain everything to me and make sure I understand before I leave. I live out of town, but have family in Idaho Falls and I have never been disappointed when I come to Regional Hearing & Balance.

VA sent me to Regional Hearing and Zack do a outstand job on my hearing test and re-setting my hearing aids. I have had hearing aids for 6 years and they have never worked so good. I am hearing things I have never heard before, and my wife likes his service too. She say's I can hear her now. Guess I can't use that excuse any more!
