Outstanding patient care and service. This was my first experience with hearing aids, and not only did I get the very best care, they also saved me thousands of dollars. This is not a well regulated industry and many providers are in it for profit. This is the one provider where I feel like MY best interest is their priority. I would never go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough good about this place. They were so fast to work my daughter in. They made her feel very comfortable and helped us find the problem. Very, very nice staff. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I've had hearing issues since childhood. I received my first pair back in 2000. Although they were claimed to help me hear just the tones I was having difficultly hearing, which is low tones, they still seemed like they just brought "all" the volume up, including background noise. Where I really needed help was hearing people's voices. I got new hearing aids from Better Hearing about a month ago and they are amazing. They do exactly what I need them to do. They bring the voices up whenever anyone in earshot speaks while simultaneously keeping the background noise in the background. Plus they have two separate programs built into them, one specifically for voices and the other for music. They have a very friendly staff and working with Dr. Parsons was an absolute pleasure. I couldn't be happier about my experience at Better Hearing and Audiology.

I love these guys. They worked hard to get what I needed and they are so positive. What a great bunch.
