Nucoah ear implant. .Experience and care you'll need when regaining a sense. They walk whoever you bring with you right along the process. Don't be nervous to ask questions. The Dr(s) have clear answers. Recommended! Go hear again!

St Luke’s has turned Elks Hearing and Balance into another subpar medical experience in Boise. Their insurance specialists can’t figure out their job, or their management won’t let them be efficient. When I asked specs between hearing devices from the tech, she was visibly upset because she didn’t have the answer. She made no effort to procure those answers and said that most patients just order what she recommends. I expect more from the staff in their knowledge and abilities now that they are tied with one of the largest hospitals in the valley. (Previously) Front desk Jamar was condenscending when I asked to see what I was signing. Also, when I asked to have her verify which insurance she was billing she said a company name that is not listed on my card. Of course this was concerning and I expressed that St Luke's has billed the wrong card in the past, she just looked at me rudely. This is a clinic for hearing issues, asking to see what a patient is signing and to verify documents shouldn't be a horrible task by the staff.

We love this place. So comfortable and caring. Kerri is the absolute best! If we ever moved Wed probably commute hours just to come and stay here. (Cochlear and hearing aid patient)
